    When using a source for your project, you'll need to cite it, that is, to give credit to the original author of that information.  Click on the icon above to be taken to Purdue University's Online Writing Lab, your most effective one-stop shop for citation resources!  OWL contains information about how to cite, examples of how to cite different types of resources, and information on the specific formats for each citation style.  For most English projects, you'll use the MLA (Modern Language Association) style- for the Sciences, you'll typically use APA (American Psychological Association) format instead.
