    Office Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

    School Hours: 7:25 AM - 2:15 PM

    Students may enter the building at 6:50 AM

    Students can be picked up for early dismissal until 1:45 PM. No student will be dismissed after this time.

Technology and Digital Conversion

    Freedom Park School is a one to one technology school!

    All students 3rd-8th grade are provided their own laptop. This laptop is at no charge to the families, comes with four (4) additional copies of Microsoft 365, and can be taken from home to school. Click the "Students" tab to access the handbook as well as additional technology information for students.

The Fort Eisenhower Community

  • The Community:

    We are grateful for the opportunity to serve the families of Fort Eisenhower and military-affiliated families. Freedom Park is not a DoD school, we are governed by Richmond Co. Board of Education. We are privileged to be housed at Fort Eisenhower and a member of the Fort Eisenhower community. This section contains information related to Fort Eisenhower.

    Augusta Recreation and Parks Fall Athletics Registration:

    We know that involvement in positive activities beyond the school day is important.  Being involved in activities beyond the school day helps to develop students socially, emotionally, and intellectually.     Before and After School Care

    Freedom Park does not provide before and after-school care for students. Fort Eisenhower families should visit Ft. Eisenhower Family and MWR for Child & Your Services. Please click for more information. 

     

    Exceptional Families Exceptional Service

    Please join EFMP for their monthly Parent Information Exchange/ Support Group Meeting. EFMP is a Department of Defense Program which assists eligible family members of active-duty Soldiers, DA Civilians, Army National Guard, and US Army Reserve. Click  for upcoming events.

  • What if I don't live on post and I still want my student to attend Freedom Park?

    If you are military affiliated (active duty, retired, DoD employee on Fort Eisenhower) and reside in Richmond County,  you may contact Brian Hadden in the School Choice Department to request a zone exemption @ (706) 826-1000.
