    Richmond County School System endeavors to accommodate religious and cultural organizations after school hours during the week and on Saturday and Sunday. We accommodate both long term and one-time facility requests.  Appropriate fees apply.  Organizations desiring to be considered for non-profit status and non-commercial rates must provide proof of their non-profit status. 

    A group claiming nonprofit status will be required to provide a letter of determination from the Internal Revenue Service verifying its 501(c)(3) status or other suitable, acceptable documentation.

    Note:  When granted, non-commercial rates apply only to the rent of the facility.  Full reimbursement must be obtained for personnel fees, utility fees, damages, etc.
