Organizations desiring to be considered for non-profit status and non-commercial rates must provide proof of their non-profit status.  A group claiming nonprofit status and requesting the use of an 樱花动漫 facility will be required to provide a letter of determination from the Internal Revenue Service verifying its 501(c)(3) status.

The respective school administrator can assist you with school facility issues.  The Director of Athletics can assist you with information relating to athletic facilities. 

Non-profit organizations, as well as for-profit organizations meeting specific criteria, are allowed to use 樱花动漫 facilities.

Inclement weather is probably the main reason that your use would be cancelled. If inclement weather closes facilities on one day and causes a school event to be moved to a “snow date”, then your use may be cancelled. This occurrence rarely happens.  Other possible reasons include:

              1:  Failure to complete your application on time (30 days prior to the start of the event), 

              2.  Failure to pay appropriate fees in advance by the required time (15 days prior to the start of the event).

              3.  Failure to complete the lease agreement prior to the start of the event.

              4.  Failure to Follow the "Rules And Regulations Applicable to All Renters" contained in the lease agreement.

The lease process is set up on a timeline, and the final document is a legally binding agreement.  It is therefore critical that you decide on the dates and times in sufficient time to meet the timeline schedule.  Once the lease is signed, the document is binding. You have the option of canceling the contract and submitting an application for a new lease.

In most cases the answer is yes; however, this is dependent on whether school activities may preclude any community use occurring in the building. The school that you request space from should be able to tell you if they can provide the same space month after month.

Complete the form and contact the school administrator for the respective school.  The school administrator will check for availability and suitability of the facility.  Once this has been completed, you will be referred to the Lease Coordinator in the Facilities and Maintenance Department.  The coordinator will compute the charges.  Upon receipt of payment, the coordinator will formalize the lease contract.
