UnitedHealthcare (UHC) offers both a statewide HMO plan option, in addition to a statewide High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) option. The SHBP Enrollment Portal provides employees with easy access to information about their health benefits, as as a convenient way to enroll, review or make a qualifying event or life event changes to their elections. An employee can access the SHBP Enrollment Portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
