Richmond County School System employee is eligible to participate in a tax-sheltered annuity plan. It allows you to defer receiving a portion of your current year's earning, which enables you to defer paying income tax on that portion. An employee may select a tax-sheltered annuity plan of any insurance approved by the Richmond County Board of Education. Contribution to the desired plan may be made through payroll deduction.
