Command Sergeant Major (CSM) LaCount A. Bly Jr. served 24 years in the United States Army, and has deployed multiple times to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait. He served as Command Sergeant Major of the 519th Military Intelligence Battalion at Fort Bragg, NC and as the Senior Enlisted Advisor for the Signals Intelligence Division at NSA Georgia Fort Gordon, GA. Sergeant Major Bly has received many awards and accolades in the course of his military career. He has served in every enlisted leadership position from Squadleader, Platoon Sergeant, First Sergeant, Senior Enlisted Advisor, to Command Sergeant Major throughout his career in the Army.
