Hello Parents and Students,

 Welcome to Sue Reynolds Elementary School! My Name is Mrs. Yulonda Miller.    I am excited to be your teacher this year! Even though there is a lot going on with the Pandemic , I promise this year will be filled with lots of learning, discoveries ,adventures and lots of fun! In this classroom , we strive for the love of learning to be the key to success. Sue Reynolds is the best school in Augusta!  We want every student to feel important, cared about and want to come to school each day.

A little about myself.  I have been teaching Kindergarten for 6 years and first grade for 19 years.  I am also part owner of T & Y Accounting and Solutions with my husband.  I am a miltary brat and moved to Augusta my Senior year in high school.  I graduated from The Academy of Richmond County.  I earned my undergraduate degree from the historical Bethune-Cookman University in Speech Communication, my Masters degree from Troy University in Counseling and Psychology and my Educational Specialist in Educational Leadership from Cambridge University. I come from a long line of principals, teachers, counselors and media specialist.   My mom taught kindergarten for 21 years and my grandmother retired as a media specialist after 47 years in education.

I have been married for 30 years. 1 have 1 daughter who is a graduate of Evans High and is an inspiring model, and 1 son that is a senior at Greenbrier High School.
