Hello!  Welcome to my Teacher Page.

Education

I am a product of the Richmond County public school system.  I attended Tutt Middle School and graduated from Westside High School.  In college I majored in Business Administration at  Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida.  I received my Masters of Business Administration from Augusta State University.  I have had approximately 8 years of corporate business experience before I pursued a career in Education.

 

Experience

I have previously worked in Business Education for years before changing routes.  For a couple of years, I have worked in the Special Education Department in Aiken County at the Center of Innovation and North Augusta Elementary before returning to Richmond County.   This is my 3rd year teaching at Tutt Middle School, which is also the middle school that I had attended as a young student.

 

 

Hobbies

I enjoy watching traveling, movies, reading, baking and decorating cakes.  My favorite sports to watch are any NBA team that Lebron James is on, gymnastics, figure skating, volleyball, and snow board jumping. I have a souvenir spoon collection of close to 100 spoons of various places I have been (close friends and family have contributed also to my collection).  In my spare time I also like training my pooch, Noah LeBron Thompson.  He is a natural and totally awesome at sleeping, eaating and barking!
