Hello Everyone!

I am so excited to welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year!  It is an honor to serve as the MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) Facilitator for Barton Chapel Elementary.   I look forward to assisting with ensuring ALL students are supported and have the necessary tools to improve their learning and achieve academic success.   

This is my 23rd year in education and I have taught grades 3-5. I received my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Augusta State University.  I also have earned a master’s degree in Creative Arts in Learning from Lesley University and a specialist degree in Administration and Supervision from Lincoln Memorial University.

I am a native of Augusta and I am a product of the Richmond County School System.  I graduated from A. R. Johnson Health, Science & Engineering High School. 

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and shopping.
