Ms. Nickerson
Hello,
My name is Ms. Nickerson and I am a Special education teacher. I currently teach ELA and Biology this school term. I'm from South Carolina a graduate of South Aiken High school. I went on to attend Voorhees college where I originally majored in elementary education. I later changed my major and enter the University of Phoenix where I completed my B.S. in Business Management. After a few years of decision making, I decided to work a master's degree in education because I really wanted to enter the education field. I entered Strayer University where I gain my Masters in Education. Overall I love school and the challenges that come with in-class interaction. I do have one child who is an adult and 9 siblings between my mother and father. I love music, reading, traveling, and most importantly working with children. My biggest inspiration was my 3rd-grade teacher she motivated me to do my best and never give up. She came to work with style and grace. My role here as a special education teacher gives me a sense of accomplishment and there no other place I would rather work.
