My name is Mrs. Kirshana Welcher-Green and I am the 4th grade ELA teacher here at A. Dorothy Hains Elementary School. To my new students and parents, I am elated to meet each one of you as I embark on a journey of equipping your child for the next level.  I do not ask for much at all, just your participation and encouragement as I push your child to be the best student they can be. Classroom rules are implemented within my syllabus.  Students will work individually and some days when they will be placed in groups.  My expectations for your child is that they respect me as I respect them, have a positive and willing attitude to work and learn.  If you have any questions, my email is welchKi@boe.richmond.k12.ga.us  or you can join our class dojo!
