    Health tips for the Week

     

    • Your child is eating healthy diet when they eat 2 fruits and vegetables each day. 
    • Another hint to ensure a healthy diet is to choose fruits and vegetables of differnt colors. 
    • Half of your child's plate at each meal should ne fruts and vegetables.
    • Select 100% fruit juice when choosing a fruit drink. 
    • Encourage your child to drink water and milk instead of sugary drinks.
