Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year. I am Ms. K. Morgan, and I am a native of Augusta. I graduated high school from the Academy of Richmond Academy. I received a Bachelor’s degree from Tuskegee University in Mathematics, a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education in mathematics, and an Educational Specialist from Augusta State University. I am certified to teach mathematics in grades 6-12. I have taught middle school, high school, and technical college for several years as an educator. My goal is to keep my students actively engaged in Algebra I and Algebra II using advanced, interactive technology so students can develop a growth mindset to pursue college and career professions in mathematics. Since this is my first year teaching at Hephzibah High School, I look forward to teaching you this year.
