Additional Services are rendered free of charge! I offer Online Tutoring, Virtual Parent Conferences, and Notary Services! I highly recommend that you take advantage of the services provided! All services are by appointment only! Details about how to use services are below!
Virtual Parent Conference:
Conferences can be scheduled via email. In the email, please ensure the subject is "Parent Conference Request." The email body should include: carswdo@boe.richmond.k12.ga.us
- Full Name of Student
- Full Name of Parent
- Student Grade and Subject
- Phone Number
- Reason for Request
- Date of Availability
Virtual Conferences are available via Teams, Zoom, and Facetime. Please note that virtual conferences are only with Mr. Donny Carswell. If there are any requests for another teacher, please contact the teacher or the front office.
Tutoring
Tutoring can be scheduled via email. In the email, please ensure the subject is "Tutoring Request." The email body should include:
- Full Name of Student
- Full Name of Parent
- Student Grade and Subject
- Phone Number
- Reason for Request
Tutoring is facilitated via Teams. Tutoring may be mandatory for some students, but if tutoring is requested, a plan of action and parent conference or signed parental request is required. Please note that tutoring is only available Thursdays. If there are any requests for other teacher's tutoring hours, please contact the teacher or view their website.
Notary Services
Notary Services can be scheduled via email. In the email, please ensure the subject is "Notary Request." The email body should include:
- Full Name of Student
- Full Name of Parent
- Student Grade and Subject
- Phone Number
- Reason for Request
To receive Notary Services and Parent-Teacher Conference and signed acknowledgment of grades are required before notary services can be rendered.
