Since we are using Distance Learning until further notice, it is a perfect time for each of you to continue working on your transition plans. Transition is part of your IEP and covers what you want to do when you graduate and steps you can take to help you make that a reality. If you can't locate your copy of the IEP, contact me through email or text. I can then send you a copy of your IEP via email. When you look at your transition plan you will see the activites you are to complete. If you have any questions let me know. I am happy to assist.
