Hello,
My name is Ms. R. Wilkes. I am a special educator who has been working with students with disabilities for over 20 years. I obtained a B.S. in Computer Science Technology in 1993 from Savannah State College, an M.Ed. in Special Education in 2005 from Augusta College, and an Ed.S. in Teaching and Learning in 2010 from Augusta State University. In my classroom, I create a flexible program for students and a learning environment that provides specialized instruction for students with disabilities, such that the students benefit from the general education curriculum to the greatest extent possible when supported with accommodations, modifications, or other needed supports.
